How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster checkout in the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing. After that, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Phoenix time) Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Total delivery time is 1-9 business days. See our shipping page for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders $100+ qualify for free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8. Alaska and Hawaii have different rates - see our shipping page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. We're working on adding international shipping in the future.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. See our returns page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to post the credit.
