Return Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement to ensure the fastest delivery.
How to Return
- Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the items securely in original packaging
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping label)
Fees & Processing
- Restocking Fee: 20% of the product price
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility
- Refund Processing: 7 days after we receive the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components that have been opened
- Clearance and final sale items
- Items without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
