Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement to ensure the fastest delivery.

How to Return

  1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Pack the items securely in original packaging
  3. Write the RA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping label)

Fees & Processing

  • Restocking Fee: 20% of the product price
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility
  • Refund Processing: 7 days after we receive the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components that have been opened
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Items without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
